DAY 1 – TUESDAY 18 APRIL
- 9:00 departure from the hotel and transfer to the Angevin Castle
- 10:00 – 18:00 WORKSHOP on Accessible&Sustainable Tourism at the Angevin Castle in Mola di Bari Return to the hotel and rest
- 20:00 Departure from the Hotel and transfer to San Vito (Polignano a Mare). Dinner at Locanda dei Benedettini
DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY 19 APRIL
Departure of international guests and representatives of project partners
- 9:00 Departure from the hotel and transfer to Rutigliano
- 9:30 visit to the Museum of Clay Whistles
- 10:45 Transfer to Conversano and walking tour in the city
- 12:45 Transfer to Polignano a Mare, the pearl of the Adriatic
- 13:15 LUNCH in a typical fish restaurant in Polignano a Mare
- 14:55 tasting of the famous “special coffee” and visit to the town
- 16:00 Transfer to Laterza and visit to OLEIFICIO LA SELVA. Experience of OLIVE OIL TASTING
- 20:00 transfer to the Hotel Masseria Moretti and B&B IRIS
- 21:00 Dinner at Il Vecchio Frantoio Restaurant
DAY 3 – THURSDAY 20 APRIL
- 8:30 Departure from the hotel transfer to Grottaglie
- 9:30 Visit to Casa Vestita and the Old Town
- 12:00 transfer to Manduria
- 12:30 visit to the Consorzio Produttori Vini di Manduria – Museo della Civiltà del Vino Primitivo and wine&food tasting
- 15:00 Transfer to CASTRO
- 17:00 visit to the Castle of Castro
- 19.30 Accommodation at the Hotel Tesoretto in Poggiardo
- 20:30 Dinner at the Lu Spilu restaurant in Andrano return to the hotel in Poggiardo
DAY 4 – FRIDAY 21 APRIL
- 8:30 Departure from the hotels and transfer to the Castle of Andrano
- 9:00 – 13:00 B2B meetings at the Castle of Andrano
- 13:30 LUNCH at Carpe Diem Restaurant in ANDRANO
- 15:30 transfer to OTRANTO and visit to the Cathedral
- 18:30 Return to Mola di Bari at the Hotel Gabbiano
